For the pop-up window, perhaps we need to state if the parameter is
directly measured or indirectly determined for users not very familiar
with ISR data. If it is indirectly determined, then give a brief
description of method used or even just a link to a separate page (we
don't seem to have such a page so far?) describing the method, the model
(MSIS), and the references.
