[OpenMadrigal-developers] Handling realtime files on Madrigal

I've made a change in how Madrigal displays realtime files.  Previously, to 
display a realtime file, you had to choose "Show history files" on the Madrigal 
Inventory page, instead of the default "Show latest files".  Now the logic is 
that realtime files will appear if the default "Show latest files" is selected 
if no other files are yet present in the experiment.  This makes sense in that 
while the realtime file is being generated, and before a non-realtime file is 
added to the experiment, the realtime file is indeed the latest file.

This change is now installed at Haystack, and will be part of the next Madrigal 
release.
