From brideout at haystack.mit.edu Wed Apr 20 11:38:56 2005 From: brideout at haystack.mit.edu (William Rideout) Date: Wed Apr 20 11:39:56 2005 Subject: [OpenMadrigal-announce] Realtime Madrigal data in use by SuperDARN Message-ID: <42667790.4060503@haystack.mit.edu> Realtime data produced from the Millstone Hill ISR radar is now being incorporated into the convection maps produced by SuperDARN. Data is being accessed from the Millstone Madrigal server via the web services built into the latest release (2.3) of Madrigal. The script that Robin Barnes at SuperDARN is running to poll for Millstone Hill ISR data is not specific to Millstone. Instead, it could poll data equally well from any Madrigal site that is creating realtime Madrigal files. To find out more about remotely accessing data from any Madrigal site via web services and simple API's, visit http://www.haystack.mit.edu/madrigal/remoteAPIs.html.
