[Openmadrigal-admin] Madrigal 2.4.1 available

Madrigal 2.4.1 is now available from www.openmadrigal.org.  There are 
only two changes from version 2.4 to 2.4.1.  The first is that links 
have been added to the new Arecibo Madrigal site.  The second change is 
that some potential installation problems on Solaris have been addressed 
(thanks to SRI and Hal Huntley).

Arecibo and SRI have already installed this version, and do not need to 
upgrade.  Anyone who has not yet upgraded should use this latest 
release.  As always, please feel free to contact me with any problems or 
concerns.
