Subject: [Openmadrigal-admin] Madrigal 2.3 release

The latest version of Madrigal, 2.3, has now been released, and is available for 
download at www.openmadrigal.org.  It is now installed and in operation at the 
Millstone, Eiscat, and SRI Madrigal web sites.  Many thanks to Ingemar Häggström 
at Eiscat and Angela Li at SRI for testing the release candidate version.

A complete description of the new features is available at 
http://www.haystack.edu/madrigal/whatsNew.html.

This new version can be downloaded and installed in the same way as the previous 
versions.

Madrigal 2.3 is available at: http://www.haystack.edu/madrigal/madDownload.html

Complete installation instructions are available at:
http://www.haystack.mit.edu/madrigal/madInstall.html

If you set your madrigal.cfg file to point to your own version of python, that 
version of python will need to be version 2.3 or greater.
